End-User License Agreement

AI CFO — Financial Intelligence Platform · 2 Kings 4 Inc. · Effective date: August 2, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the AI CFO financial intelligence application (the "Application"), an internal business tool operated by 2 Kings 4 Inc. ("Company"). By accessing the Application you agree to this Agreement.

1. License

The Company grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for the Company's internal business purposes. The Application is not offered for sale or distribution to the public.

2. Authorized use

Access is restricted to users the Company has expressly authorized. Users must keep their credentials confidential and may not share accounts, circumvent access controls, or use the Application for any unlawful purpose.

3. Third-party data connections

The Application connects to third-party services — including QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.) — solely with authorization granted by the Company through those services' own consent processes. The Application accesses such data on a read-only basis: it retrieves accounting records for analysis and reporting and does not create, modify, or delete records in connected systems. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms of service.

4. Intellectual property

The Application, including its software, design, and analytics, is the property of the Company or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited license in Section 1.

5. Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Its outputs are informational analyses, not accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice. The Company's financial decisions remain the responsibility of the Company's authorized decision-makers and their professional advisors.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Application.

7. Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access at any time. Sections 4–6 survive termination.

8. Changes

The Company may update this Agreement; the current version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.

9. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which 2 Kings 4 Inc. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
