This policy describes how the AI CFO application (the "Application"), an internal business tool operated by 2 Kings 4 Inc. ("Company", "we"), handles data. The Application is used only by the Company's authorized personnel and is not offered to the public.
With the Company's explicit authorization, the Application connects to business systems including QuickBooks Online (accounting records such as invoices, payments, customers, vendors, and account balances), advertising platforms, and call-tracking systems. Access to QuickBooks Online is read-only: the Application retrieves data for analysis and never creates, modifies, or deletes records in QuickBooks.
Retrieved data is used solely to produce financial analyses for the Company: profitability metrics, cash-flow forecasts, receivables aging, risk alerts, and related reporting. Data is not sold, rented, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any purpose other than the Company's own financial management.
Data is stored in databases controlled by the Company. Access requires individual authenticated accounts with role-based permissions; actions are recorded in an audit log. OAuth tokens for connected services are stored server-side, are never displayed or logged, and connections can be revoked at any time from the connected service (for QuickBooks, via Intuit's connected-app settings). Credentials and secrets are kept outside source control.
We do not disclose data to third parties except service providers that host the Company's own infrastructure, or where required by law.
Data is retained while it remains useful for the Company's financial analysis and as required for record-keeping obligations. The Company may delete stored data at its discretion. Disconnecting an integration stops all further data retrieval from that source.
Updates to this policy will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
